What is Informal Learning?
Informal learning refers to the process of acquiring knowledge, skills, and attitudes through everyday experiences, interactions, and self-directed activities outside of a formal learning environment. It happens naturally in the workplace, through observation, trial and error, social collaboration, and on-the-job experiences. Informal learning is driven by the learner's curiosity, intrinsic motivation, and real-life challenges, and it complements formal training by providing continuous learning opportunities.
