Customers who are on the Professional and Enterprise plans receive a dedicated customer support rep and implementation team. Your rep will help guide you throughout the setup process, ongoing support, quarterly reviews, and more.
Implementation is 10% of the first-year contract value.
Continu provides a premium white-glove implementation service with dedicated access to a Customer Success Manager and an Implementation Specialist. Throughout the implementation process, we will assist you in configuring your Continu instance, integrating with your existing systems, and guiding you through our comprehensive Administrator Certification program. This ensures you are fully equipped and empowered for long-term success with our platform.
To ensure a seamless implementation experience, we recommend allowing 60 days for the process. While your Continu instance will be available immediately, we prioritize your success by guiding you through our comprehensive white-glove implementation process. If you have specific needs or timelines, we can expedite the implementation upon request to better align with your goals.
