What is SCORM?
SCORM stands for Sharable Content Object Reference Model. It is a set of technical standards used in eLearning to ensure interoperability and compatibility between different learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools. SCORM defines how eLearning content should be packaged and how it communicates with an LMS. It allows for the creation of reusable learning objects that can be easily shared and tracked across different platforms. SCORM compliance ensures that eLearning content can be accessed, tracked, and reported consistently across various SCORM-compliant systems.
