Prior to founding Continu, Scott co-founded CreateOne, where he served in multiple roles including Director of Marketing, Creative Director, and Consultant for Business Strategy & IT from April 2004 to January 2013. At CreateOne, he consulted on business strategy and IT requirements, assisted in the production of national and global events featuring thought leaders like Sir Richard Branson and Tony Blair, and was responsible for all B2B marketing initiatives. CreateOne's client list included major organizations such as Adidas, Coca-Cola, Ernst & Young, Pfizer, and Telstra Australia.
Scott's background in both computer science and marketing has given him critical insights into both the technical and human aspects of digital learning—perspectives that continue to inform Continu's product development today. He's built a 100% remote team at Continu, emphasizing that regardless of location, work should have some element of fun.
